Jonathan Rand has served as Chief Financial Officer of SPCI since June 2013, and as the Chief Operating Officer of our spectrum subsidiary, Straight Path Spectrum, Inc., since January 2015. Mr. Rand joined SPCI from Organic Motion, an innovative computer vision company where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Together with Organic Motion’s CEO, Mr. Rand was named Innovator of the Year by Popular Mechanics in 2008. In 2002, Mr. Rand co-founded Indigo Capital Advisers, a management consulting firm that provides sales and financing strategies and execution to software, Internet and telecommunications companies. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Rand held key positions at Net2Phone, a spin-off from IDT Corporation, including EVP Sales, Treasurer and CEO of Net2Phone’s Y@P division. Mr. Rand was IDT’s EVP Sales & Finance and Treasurer from 1992 to 1998. Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Rand founded and later sold Campus Connection, a national magazine which achieved a circulation of 1.2 million. He started his career as a brand assistant at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Rand earned his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ceccato joined Atlantic Metro in December 2012, as a financial consultant and is now the acting CFO of the Company. His primary focus has been on preparing the Company’s financial statements for full audit by providing best practices and effectively presenting the Company’s assets and professional strengths to the financial community. He is the principal architect of our current financing activities which include major capital leases from OEM’s and a credit facility with a tech-centric commercial senior lender. He also heads up our strategic acquisition plan and provides requisite due-diligence expertise. Prior to joining Atlantic Metro, Mr. Ceccato was the Vice President of Finance for DecisionPoint Systems, Inc., (“DPSI”) a position he held from July 2007 through October 2012. He played a key role in DPSI, a publicly traded company where he was responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions, major contract reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and external financial reporting for SEC public reporting requirements. From April 2004 until June 2007, he was a Director and CFO of a tri-state environmental remediation contractor. He has also served in various prior roles as Director and Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance of several publicly traded companies in service and manufacturing industries and listed on all the major stock exchanges.

Laura Schulhof
CFO of Ambra Health
Laura drives the financial and accounting, legal and HR functions of Ambra Health with a strong background in strategic finance. Prior to joining Ambra in January 2017, Laura was Chief of Staff of the CEO at Endurance International, a publicly-traded SaaS hosting and IT services business for SMBs. While there, she worked closely with the functional leaders of each department and focused finance and operations for the company’s growth ventures. She also worked closely with the BD, Finance and Legal teams to complete the acquisition of Constant Contact in 2015. Prior to joining Endurance in 2015, Laura was an investment banker for Credit Suisse in the Technology group based in San Francisco. While there, Laura was a part of many IPOs, equity and debt financings (including of EIGI) and M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side. Laura is a graduate of Princeton University.

Barbara Ashkin
Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of CXtec
Barbara Ashkin is chief financial officer (CFO) and vice president of CXtec and TERACAI, where she is responsible for overseeing the strategic growth and financial success of both companies. Ashkin has been with CXtec and TERACAI since 2000, and has served in a number of roles, including chief operations officer (COO) and general manager. She has previously been employed by a regional shopping center developer. Ashkin is a certified public accountant and has held several positions in public and industry accounting. She earned her master’s degree in accounting from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s School of Arts and Sciences. She is actively involved in community efforts in Central New York and serves in the American Heart Association’s Circle of Red society. Ashkin also serves on the board of directors, acting as chair of the finance committee and a member of the IT committee, for Crouse Hospital. She previously served on the board of trustees of the Everson Museum.
