Jonathan Rand has served as Chief Financial Officer of SPCI since June 2013, and as the Chief Operating Officer of our spectrum subsidiary, Straight Path Spectrum, Inc., since January 2015. Mr. Rand joined SPCI from Organic Motion, an innovative computer vision company where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Together with Organic Motion’s CEO, Mr. Rand was named Innovator of the Year by Popular Mechanics in 2008. In 2002, Mr. Rand co-founded Indigo Capital Advisers, a management consulting firm that provides sales and financing strategies and execution to software, Internet and telecommunications companies. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Rand held key positions at Net2Phone, a spin-off from IDT Corporation, including EVP Sales, Treasurer and CEO of Net2Phone’s [email protected] division. Mr. Rand was IDT’s EVP Sales & Finance and Treasurer from 1992 to 1998. Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Rand founded and later sold Campus Connection, a national magazine which achieved a circulation of 1.2 million. He started his career as a brand assistant at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Rand earned his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul J. Reilly is executive vice president of Finance and Operations, and chief financial officer (CFO) of Arrow Electronics, Inc. He is responsible for the functions of the treasury, capital structuring and risk management, tax efficiency and compliance, worldwide planning and budgeting, controllership, external communications and investor relations. He also oversees the alignment of the global operations and value-added services organization within the company’s functions and processes worldwide and plays a key role in the development of the company’s strategic direction and mergers and acquisitions. Reilly joined Arrow in 1991 and held a variety of roles prior to assuming the role of CFO in 2001. Prior to joining Arrow, Reilly was a certified public accountant in the business assurance practice of the New York office of KPMG Peat Marwick. In addition to providing audit services to a wide range of public and private multinational organizations, he was actively involved in providing acquisition-related services and the implementation of new accounting pronouncements. Reilly has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University where he is also a guest lecturer. He serves on the boards of Assurant, Inc. and the Friends of Garden City Wrestling, and is a member of the TMA, a not-for-profit organization that supports various charitable efforts focused on young people.

Keith Friedman

Keith Friedman has more than 20 years of experience providing financial and operational leadership for global infrastructure companies. Prior to joining Transit Wireless, Mr. Friedman served as CFO for the Global Infrastructure Services business unit of Computer Sciences Corporation, accountable for one-third of revenues and profits for the company. He previously spent 13 years at Avaya in a variety of roles including Vice President & CFO for the Avaya Global Services business unit, accountable for one-half of company revenues and profits. Mr. Friedman worked his way up and around Avaya serving as Director of several different areas spanning accounting, financial planning & analysis, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions, and treasury functions. He started his career at Deloitte & Touche before joining Avaya. Mr. Friedman is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University.
