Ronald Hassen is currently Senior Vice President and interim CFO, a position he has held since January 2016. He has also served as Finance Controller of Nasdaq since March 2002 and is the company’s Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Hassen also previously served as interim Chief Financial Officer from February 2011 to September 2011. Mr. Hassen also held the position of Treasurer from November 2002 through January 2007. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Mr. Hassen served as Controller of Deutsche Bank North America, after the company’s acquisition of Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Hassen served as Principal Accounting Officer at Bankers Trust until the acquisition by Deutsche Bank in 1999.

Ann Dennison

Ann Dennison serves as Senior Vice President and Deputy Controller at Nasdaq. In this capacity, she works directly with the Corporate Controller and has responsibility for the company’s financial reporting, analysis and disclosure. Ms. Dennison has over 19 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis. Prior to Nasdaq she served at Goldman Sachs as Managing Director and, prior to that, as head of Financial Reporting, responsible for internal and external firmwide reporting and financial planning and analysis. She was a member of the Firmwide Disclosure Committee, Capital Management Committee, Firmwide Operational Risk Committee, Federal Reporting Oversight Committee and the Stress Test Committee. She was also the sponsor of the Finance People Development Committee. During Ms. Dennison’s tenure at Goldman Sachs, she was also the controller for the investment banking, private equity and hedge fund businesses. She joined Goldman Sachs from Price Waterhouse in 1996. Ms. Dennison holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Accounting and Finance from Pace University — Lubin School of Business.
