As corporate controller and interim chief financial officer, Kieran is responsible for CA Technologies corporate and business unit financial functions worldwide, including the controller role, treasury, tax, investor relations and risk management. Kieran joined CA Technologies in 2014. With more than 30 years of finance experience, he most recently served as the company’s corporate controller. In this role, he was responsible for corporate accounting, financial planning and pricing, corporate business development, investor relations, business controls and enterprise risk management. Prior to joining CA, Kieran worked for the IBM Corporation®, where he held a variety of senior executive finance positions across the company. Most recently, he led finance for IBM’s Software Group ($26 billion of annual mainframe and distributed software revenue) from 2009 until 2014. Kieran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. John’s University.

Bill Korn joined MTBC in June 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Korn has served as CFO for six other businesses, including SnapOne and Antenna Software, where he enabled the business to grow at an 87% CAGR through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. He also spent ten years with IBM as a member of the senior management team that created IBM’s highly successful services strategy in the 1990’s. Mr. Korn graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
