Richard O’Connor is the Chief Financial Officer of RhythmOne. Having joined the company in early 2017, he brings over 20 years of finance experience in traditional and digital media companies. Immediately prior to joining RhythmOne, Rich was the CFO of PageScience, the venture-funded, health-oriented programmatic network, where he managed the day-to-day operations and finances of the enterprise, including raising capital, driving the company to profitability and facilitating its sale to Accent Health Media. In 2007, Richard was part of the Private Equity-led buyout team of Prime Visibility Media Group (PVMG) and took over as the CFO of the company, restructuring the operations and balance sheet, and driving revenue growth until its sale in 2011 to RhythmOne plc. His financial career in media includes Warner Bros. Domestic Television, MCA TV, Universal TV, USAI and Vivendi Universal – eventually serving as VP of Finance and Operations at Universal Domestic Television, a $1bn Division of NBC Universal (NYSE: GE). Rich earned a BS (Accounting) from University of Bridgeport.
