Heiko Kottkamp-Ramann has been CFO of Holtzbrinck Ventures since 2008. In addition to his expertise in the areas of finance and controlling, he brings a wealth of practical experience in the development of the structures and processes that young companies need and are necessary to their international expansion. Previously, Heiko was for six years CFO of PARSHIP GmbH, the European market leader for online dating/matchmaking services. Until 2002, Heiko was in charge of controlling and accounting at Bertelsmann Online (BOL) for Germany and Switzerland. Heiko completed his studies of European Business Management at the private University of Applied Sciences in Paderborn, graduating with honors.

Eva Riesenhuber
Partner & CFO of Next47
Eva brings more than 15 years of deal making and finance experience to her role as Partner and CFO at next47. Prior to joining next47, Eva served as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Siemens AG where she was responsible for acquisitions, joint venture formations and divestments, predominantly for Siemens’s Digital Factory and Process Industries & Drives Divisions. Prior to Siemens AG, Eva spent 11 years in New York working as a finance attorney for leading global law firms, Clifford Chance US LLP as well as Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, one of the top ten law firms in the US. During this time, she moved from cross-border financing, to derivatives, to project financing, and eventually settled on mergers and acquisitions. Based in Munich, Eva holds a Ph.D. degree in Law from the University of Frankfurt and a Masters of Law degree from New York University. She is also the author of The International Monetary Fund under Constraint, in which she exposes the legal dilemma facing the IMF as it tackles international crisis management. Eva is an alumni of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation and a member of the Economic Advisory Council of Bavaria.

Michael Sailer
CFO/Prokurist/Partner of Munich Venture Partners
Michael Sailer has worked in the venture capital sector since 2001. He was partner and investment controller with Star Ventures before joining Munich Venture Partners as Chief Financial Officer in May 2006. Prior to Star Ventures, he worked for Deutsche Telekom, where he was responsible for annual reporting for T-Online International AG, for international consolidated reporting in accordance with US GAAP, for accounting quality management and for corporate finance. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg in 1995, Michael Sailer worked for accountants Ernst & Young. In his final position as senior accountant he was responsible for numerous international clients and projects in the fields of merger & acquisition and corporate finance. Catherine Dietrich

Catherine is the CFO at Allianz X. She began her career at Allianz in 2004 when she joined Allianz Capital Partners to help build up and eventually lead the Investment Controlling function. Prior to that, she worked in Private Equity as an Investment Manager for a small family office. She came to work in Munich in 2001 for Robertson Stephens International, a San Francisco based, technology focused investment bank. Catherine began her career in financial services 18 years ago in London in the German Corporate Finance team for HSBC Investment Bank after having received a First Class Honours Degree in International Business Management and German from the University of Bath.
