Paula’s responsibilities include working closely in many capacities with the CEO and COO, building accounting teams and developing internal controls, policies and procedures. Paula has over 28 years of Finance and Accounting experience, most recently running her own practice providing consulting services to a variety of clients in the areas of Operations and Finance. Prior to joining eHarmony as CFO, Paula was a trusted advisor and consultant for the company in all areas of Finance for over nine years. From 1984 to 2002, Paula was with the firm Arthur Andersen, where she was a partner for seven years. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Northridge. She is a member of the American Institute, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Ernst & Young Alumni Board of Directors and is the past Treasurer of the Wise Parent Association of Stephen S. Wise Elementary School and Special Needs Resource Center.
