As Chief Financial Officer for The TEAM Companies, An De Vooght is responsible for the company’s global financial management and operations. A key player on the company’s executive team, De Vooght brings over 21 years of leadership experience in financial function and performance, corporate governance, and business efficiency management. De Vooght began her career in finance at Price Waterhouse, dividing her time between Los Angeles, CA and Brussels, Belgium as a Senior Auditor responsible for a diverse, multinational client base covering the technology, banking, pharmaceutical, entertainment, and energy industries. This was followed by a three-year stint as CFO/Head of Finance & Operations heading up financial operations for Sony Cinema Products Corporation in Culver City, California. In 1998, De Vooght joined Red Bull where she worked for 16 years, serving first as CFO for Red Bull North America, and then as Vice President of Internal Audit for the parent company, Red Bull GmbH. At Red Bull North America, De Vooght directed the successful implementation of the ERP system (SAP), as well as various programs and applications to streamline financial processes in tandem with the company’s operations and explosive growth. During her tenure with Red Bull GmbH, De Vooght’s portfolio included management of internal audits for all regions, as well as establishing global guidelines for operations and Risk Management and a Global Code of Conduct. Just prior to joining The TEAM Companies, De Vooght served as CFO for Beats Electronics, LLC, where she managed day to day financial operations and oversaw the implementation of enterprise level processes and systems for financial management and strategic planning. Most recently, she was part of the executive team that conducted the due diligence and oversaw the acquisition of Beats by Apple Corporation in May 2014. A native of Belgium, De Vooght is a Certified Internal Auditor and holds an MBA from the University of Antwerp. She has also completed Executive Management programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Anita Ryan

Anita Ryan, chief financial officer (CFO), is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in executive positions. She has worked for public and private companies, ranging from start-ups to businesses with annual revenues in excess of $300 million. Her industry experience includes promotions, consumer products, healthcare services, construction, real estate investment and non-profits, as well as food, biotech and high-tech manufacturing. In her current role, Anita serves as the CFO for OSI, One Source Fulfillment, LLC and One Source Specialties, LLC. In this position, she is responsible for all three companies’ finances, capital management, information technology, human resources, facilities, business operations and investment management. Her expertise in the execution of the financial function, both internally guiding management, and externally adhering to bank and SEC requirements, has helped the company prepare for growth. Prior to OSI, Anita served as CFO for a $125 million bakery supplier to McDonald’s restaurants worldwide. As a turnaround specialist, Anita has the unique ability to see the potential in opportunities that will maximize profits and guide companies to higher levels of success. This strength has helped two companies become profitable enough to be sold to a competitor and has assisted three others in realizing their potential. Anita is a graduate of California State University and often returns to her alma mater to speak at events. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Born and raised in Orange County, Calif., Anita and her husband live in Laguna Niguel, Calif., close to her hometown. In her free time, she enjoys sailing, scuba diving and traveling. Anita is also an active volunteer, donating her time to various committees and boards of non-profit organizations throughout Orange County.
