Paolo joined EPS in late 2015 with the mission to strengthen the Finance, Administration, and Control department. Before joining the Electro Power Systems Group, Paolo has built a strong experience as Chief Financial Officer in financial services sector within De Lage Landen Spa (RABO Bank Group), Fiat Finance SA (FIDIS Spa – Fiat Auto Group), in asset management VC&PE (Cdb Web Tech Spa) and in investment banking for The Royal Bank of Scotland. Previously he has been responsible as Group Controller for Banca IMI Spa (Banca Intesa Group). He started his career as auditor with Ernst & Young. He studied at the RUG University of Groningen (NL) and graduated in Economy and Business at the University of Pavia (IT) and further specialized in Corporate Governance and Internal Audit at the Borsa Italiana Academy, and in Leadership and Talent Program, as well as in Management and Personal Effectiveness at the London Business School. Paolo is married and proud father of three. During his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorbike, sailing and gardening.
