Prior to joining Zerto, Roy served for 5 years as CFO of Telmap where Roy was responsible for the finance, legal and commercial activities for the Telmap worldwide group of companies. in November 2011 Roy helped lead Telmap through its acquisition process resulting in Intel Corp (Nasdaq: INTC) acquiring Telmap. From this date Telmap was a fully owned subsidiary, part of SSG (Software and Service Group), In March 2013 Roy was promoted to Co-president and led In April 2014 the sale of Telmap ,an Intel Company, to Telecommunication System Inc. (TCS). (Nasdaq: TSYS). Prior to Telmap , Roy was a Senior Manager at UHY advisors NY INC where he managed a portfolio of SEC registrant, hi- tech and multi-geographical companies. Roy is a CPA and holds an LLM, Masters in Law, from Bar Ilan University and a B.A. In Business Administration from The College of Management Academic Studies.
