Itzik joined Viola when the group was founded in 2000, having worked with the founding partners for the past 24 years, starting out as the Senior Audit Manager of Oshap and Tecnomatix. Inbal joined GREENSOIL as CFO, in addition to her position as CFO at Veritas Venture Partners since 2007 and at Sadara Ventures since 2011. Inbal is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of financial reports, including the budgets and cash flow analyses and the Israeli and Canadian tax returns. She also addresses tax issues and manages the financial reporting to the Fund’s Limited Partners. In her position, Inbal works closely with the Fund’s legal, financial and fiscal advisors. Prior to her appointment at Veritas, Inbal held the position of CFO at Lavi Industrial & Medical Agencies, where she also served as liaison between the firm and potential investors and where she was also responsible for capital fund raising. Prior to Lavi, Inbal held the position of controller at Diesenhaus Unitours Incoming Tourism, one of Israel’s largest tourism companies. At Diesenhaus Inbal worked closely with the CEO to expand the company’s internet-based outreach, enabling the opening of a US branch and handling its merger with Unitours tourism. Inbal began her career as a Senior Auditor at Kesselman & Kesselman, PWC in Tel-Aviv.
