Katie Nagy is the Vice President of Finance & Accounting/CFO of BCforward. Katie first joined BCforward back in October of 2014 . Katie has created opportunities to increase her level of responsibility and challenge herself, as well as our company. We’ve continued to see Katie’s hard work, loyalty, and commitment to BCforward while she has served as our Accounting Manager, Assistant Director, Director, and now our Vice President of Finance & Accounting. Throughout Katie’s time here, she has served as an integral part of our Merger & Acquisition team including the acquisition of our Charlotte office, formally known as Global Networkers. Katie has also been recognized outside of the company by the Indiana CPA Society with their annual Emerging Leader award in May of 2016. Katie graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Butler University. She currently resides in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband, Kyle, and two huskies, Sadie and Yogi.

Steve Ko has an extensive and diverse background in corporate finance, accounting, and operations. In his career as chief financial officer, Steve has served as the key financial advisor to board of directors and executive management on corporate strategy, financial and risk management, and internal controls. He has managed all aspects of the finance functions, including treasury operations, financial and SEC reporting, investment management, capital markets, budgeting, and internal audit. Steve joined RenPSG as chief financial officer in 2000 and is a key member of the leadership team. He also is the Chairman and Treasurer of the Renaissance Charitable Foundation Inc. Prior to joining RenPSG, Steve was an associate managing director for an investment advisory firm where he was responsible for corporate finance engagements. He also was previously the chief financial officer for a large financial institution where he was responsible for the finance and capital market functions. Steve is a CPA and began his career as a computer-audit specialist with KPMG.
