Kyle Fisher
Chief Financial Officer of Community Health Network
Kyle Fisher is chief executive officer for Visionary Enterprises, Inc. (VEI), a for-profit affiliate of Community Health Network that develops and manages health care ventures with physicians and hospitals. Kyle has more than 20 years of experience in finance, new business development, strategic planning and organizational leadership. He joined VEI in early 2008 as chief operating officer (COO). As COO, he was responsible for providing operational accountability and executive leadership for the entire organization. In May of 2009, he assumed the role as CEO and currently leads the corporation’s operations in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. Kyle has been involved with VEI for many years, through his service as a board member and chairman of the Investment Committee. Additionally, he has been a part of Community Health Network’s Audit Committee. Prior to joining VEI, Kyle was executive vice president at Goelzer Investment Management where he was responsible for new business development and client services. He has also held senior-level leadership positions in the banking industry in the Southeast and here locally with Fifth Third Bank. He received his bachelor of arts in economics from Denison University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. Kyle is actively involved in the local community through Community Health Network’s community outreach initiatives and serves on the boards of The Heroes Foundation and St. Richard’s Episcopal School. He is a cancer survivor and is also involved with the Indianapolis Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Mark Morgan

Mr. Morgan joins PTS Diagnostics with over 25 years of global finance and administration experience in life science and medical devices. Mark will oversee all Finance and Accounting functions, as well as Human Resources. Mark brings expertise in providing strategic leadership and significant experience supporting R&D, Supply Chain, and IT with companies including Pfizer, Bayer and Mylan Pharmaceuticals. Mark holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Indiana State University and MBA from Illinois State University. He has been published in financial journals multiple times and has authored a book. Mark is also on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
