Dan brings over 23 years of finance and administrative management expertise to Haivision. Previously, Dan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for FinanSure, Inc. (a student loan lender), TUSC (an IT professional services firm) and Peapod, Inc. (the world’s first internet grocer), where he has significant experience in capital raising, M&A and infrastructure building. He also served as an M&A intermediary for Geneva Capital Markets a subsidiary of Citibank. Marcy Etienne is the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Graham Media Group. She has held this position since 2002 and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s finance and business operations. Etienne started her GMG career in 1986 at WDIV, the NBC affiliate in Detroit. She began as Business Manager and was promoted in 1988 to Director of Business & Administrative Affairs. Before joining WDIV, Etienne was the Controller for the Cable Division of Graham Holdings Company for two years. She began her career at Arthur Andersen in Detroit. Etienne is actively involved in the broadcast industry holding the position of Treasurer of Pearl, a partnership of broadcast companies with a shared interest in exploring forward-looking opportunities, including innovative ways of promoting local TV content and developing digital media and wireless platforms. Additionally, she is a board member of the Television Music License Committee. Etienne received her BBA from the University of Michigan Business School.

Chandler Bigelow

Chandler Bigelow was named Executive Vice President/Chief Business Strategies and Operations Officer for Tribune Company in June 2013. Bigelow helps lead the ongoing transformation of Tribune’s traditional media businesses, and oversees the company’s equity investments and its real estate portfolio. Bigelow served as Tribune’s EVP/Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2013, overseeing all corporate finance functions, including financial reporting, tax, audit and treasury. Prior to that, he was Tribune’s vice president/treasurer with responsibility for the company’s financing activities, cash management, short-term and retirement fund investments and risk-management programs beginning 2003. Previously, Bigelow was assistant treasurer since 2001 and served as director/corporate finance from 2000 to 2001. He joined Tribune in 1998 as part of the Tribune Financial Development Program and became corporate finance manager in 1999. Prior to Tribune, Bigelow was manager of investor relations for Spyglass, Inc., from 1996 to 1997. In 1994, he co-founded Brainerd Communicators, an investor relations firm, where he served as vice president through 1995. A native of New York, Bigelow holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin. He is a board member for the Guild of the Chicago Botanic Garden and of the Springboard Foundation in Chicago.
