Throughout his 15-year tenure at the company, Jensen had increasing financial and accounting responsibilities. He joined Quanta in 1997 as controller, a title he held until 2009. Before joining Quanta, Jensen obtained his public accountant certification (CPA) and was a manager at Arthur Andersen LLP where he served primarily commercial clients, many of which were highly acquisitive. Jensen earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1992.

Mr. Vance is an experienced strategic and financial leader with four successful exits, three of which were in the telecommunications industry.
