Soon she took over a responsible position in senior management. In addition, she completed a training as a HR specialist. Afterwards, she joined an IT and media start-up as CFO. Together with Christoph and some friends, Felizitas founded Progeno Housing Cooperative in Munich, which has successfully crowdfunded a larger appartment complex. As a community manager, she is responsible for the members of the cooperative and for communication and organization. Since the beginning of 2017, Felizitas has taken care of the financial and human resource management of Etherisc.
