Michael has many years of experience in the corporate M&A and venture capital investment business. Previously, he held the roles of Managing Director and Senior Investment Manager at Holtzbrinck Digital and Digital Science for almost six years, where he was most recently responsible for global strategic investments in the Digital Science & Education segments. During this time he took over numerous board and advisory board positions at leading digital companies and was also interim CEO at myphotobook. At the beginning of his career, he gained experience in various positions at Siemens in corporate finance and investment in Munich and Boston, before assuming responsibility for the CFO division at VC boutique smac partners. Michael holds an Executive MBA from the Technical University of Munich as well as a Diploma in Business Administration from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart.

Felizitas Mussenbrock-Strauß was born 1968 in Aachen. After completing her apprenticeship as a tax consultant, she gained 13 years of experience in a tax law firm. Soon she took over a responsible position in senior management. In addition, she completed a training as a HR specialist. Afterwards, she joined an IT and media start-up as CFO. Together with Christoph and some friends, Felizitas founded Progeno Housing Cooperative in Munich, which has successfully crowdfunded a larger appartment complex. As a community manager, she is responsible for the members of the cooperative and for communication and organization. Since the beginning of 2017, Felizitas has taken care of the financial and human resource management of Etherisc.
