James von Moltke

James von Moltke is a member of the Management Board since July 1, 2017. He is the Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Deutsche Bank, he served as Treasurer of Citigroup, managing its capital and funding as well as liquidity and interest rate risk. He started his career at Credit Suisse First Boston in London in 1992. In 1995, he joined J.P. Morgan, working at the bank for 10 years in New York and Hong Kong. After working at Morgan Stanley for four years, where he led the Financial Technology advisory team globally, James von Moltke joined Citigroup as Head of Corporate M&A in 2009. Three years later he became Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. In 2015, he was appointed Treasurer of Citigroup.

Susanne Zeidler began her career in 1987 at an audit partnership that specialised in mid-market companies. In 1990, she transitioned into the area of corporate finance at KPMG, where she was responsible for valuations of companies operating in various sectors until 1999. After becoming a partner in 2000, Susanne Zeidler led the internal audit review and other back office activities at KPMG`s Frankfurt office. From 2005 onwards, she built up the firm’s relationships with foundations and other nonprofit organisations. In early 2011, she became Director of Aid to the Church in Need,a worldwide charity organisation, and was based at its international headquarters. Susanne Zeidler holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Munster.
