Dominik Asam joined Airbus in April 2019 from Munich-based Infineon Technologies AG, where he had been CFO since 2011. During eight years he was responsible for functions including Group Controlling, IT, Treasury, Investor Relations, Compliance & Risk Management, Export Control and Sustainability and Business Continuity. Previously, Dominik Asam was Head of Group Controlling at RWE AG in 2010. Between 2005 and 2010 he held various positions at Siemens AG such as CEO of Siemens Financial Services and Corporate Vice President and Treasurer. From 2003 to 2005, Asam headed Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy at Infineon Technologies. Dominik Asam began his professional career in 1996 in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs Inc. with postings in Frankfurt, London and New York. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and the École Centrale Paris, Dominik Asam holds a Master’s in Business Administration from INSEAD (European Institute of Business Administration).

Frederic Sauve joined Amarante in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer, with the mission of organising administrative services as the Group was knowing an important international growth. His department now covers a broad range of functions such as accounting, business and finance control, information management systems, staff and sales management. Before joining Amarante, Frederic worked in an accounting firm as a chartered accountant, then was hired in 2009 by an audit firm in Paris. For eight years, he carried out and then supervised a great number of missions, mainly in the field of legal audits of French and foreign groups’ accounts. Frederic graduated from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Comptables et Financieres.
