Bryce Fowler is the president and chief financial officer of TBK Bank, SSB and the executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: TBK). He previously served as member of the board, chief executive officer, president and public information officer under Triumph’s former name, Equity Bank, SSB. He joined Equity Bank, SSB in 2008 to lead the effort to stabilize its financial condition, leading to its sale to Triumph in November 2010. Bryce Fowler’s career includes fifteen years with Bluebonnet Savings Bank, SSB. where also served as director, president and chief financial officer. Bluebonnet Savings Bank, FSB, was a $3+ billion Southwest Plan institution formed from the acquisition of fifteen failed institutions in 1988. He was a member of the executive committee that led Bluebonnet through the acquisition and consolidation of these institutions, implemented and managed the government assistance agreement, expanded its statewide lending operations to be national in scope, and was one of the principal architects in the development and implementation of Bluebonnet’s transition from a community bank franchise to a wholesale institution focused primarily in MBS investment strategies. Subsequent to the planned liquidation of Bluebonnet, Bryce Fowler was a partner in Cyma Fund Advisors, which managed a $100 million capital investment in an $800 million leveraged mortgage-backed securities portfolio for two years. Bryce Fowler began his career in 1980 in public accounting as an auditor for David, Kinard & Company responsible primarily for financial institution clients, subsequently serving five years for Commodore Savings Association responsible for finance and accounting. Bryce Fowler received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas – Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas (license inactive).

While at Oak Hill, he managed the back office and engaged in strategic planning related to tax matters, hedging activities and fund formation. Jonathan earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from Southwestern Adventist University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
