Jim Reagan is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Leidos. Reagan oversees all financial activities of the company, including accounting and financial reporting, treasury, tax, planning and analysis, and investor relations. Reagan is a well-rounded senior finance executive with progressive experience in large, publicly held companies. Prior to joining Leidos in 2015, he served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Vencore, Inc. (formerly The SI Organization, Inc.), a provider of information solutions, and engineering and analysis services to the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and federal and civilian agencies. Reagan has also served as CFO of PAE, Inc., Vangent, Inc., Deltek, Inc., Aspect Communications, and American Management Systems. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Reagan received a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola College in Baltimore, Md., as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
