Prior to Rokid, Eric served as consultant and operating partner at CITIC Capital Partners, Ltd. and executive director and CFO of Kingsoft Corporation, Ltd., currently publicly listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He also currently serves as an independent, non-executive director, chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committees, and is a member of the Audit Committee for Kingsoft. Before Kingsoft, Eric was vice president of finance and corporate controller at Alibaba Group, where he was also chairman of the Group Financial Control Committee. He previously served as CFO for Goodbaby Children Products Group, vice president of finance at IDT International Limited, and financial controller for AMF Bowling, Inc. and International Distillers China, Ltd. Eric holds a master’s in finance from the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom and a master’s in accounting from Charles Stuart University in Australia. He is a fellow CPA member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow CPA member of Australian Society of CPAs.
