Prior to joining J.D.com, Huang was the Chief Financial Officer of Pactera Technology International Ltd., a NASDAQ-listed IT services provider, and its predecessor company, VanceInfo Technologies Inc., from July 2006 to September 2013. Huang was also the Co-President of VanceInfo Technologies Inc. from 2011 to 2012 and its Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, Huang was the Chief Financial Officer with two other China-based companies in technology and internet sectors between 2004 and 2006. Huang was an Investment Banker with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in New York from 2002 to 2004. Huang served as an Audit Manager of KPMG LLP from 1996 to 2000 and was a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Huang is currently a Director of Bitauto Holdings Limited, an internet company listed on the NYSE. Huang obtained his Master’s of Business Administration with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as an Austin Scholar. Huang received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, where he graduated as class valedictorian.

Mr. Chan Sze Hon (陳思翰), aged 43, has been the chief financial officer of their Group since 2014 and the company secretary and an authorised representative of the Company since 2017,and is primarily responsible for the overall financial affairs of their Group. Mr. Chan is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong and a Master Degree in Corporate Finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has about 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management and had worked for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Hong Kong for over 8 years. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Chan had held various positions with companies listed on the Stock Exchange. From October 2012 to June 2014, Mr. Chan was a chief financial officer and company secretary of Wuzhou International Holdings Limited (stock code: 1369). From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Chan has been an executive director, company secretary and chief financial officer of Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (stock code: 1777). Mr. Chan was the independent non-executive director of each of BLU SPA Holdings Limited, currently known as SkyNet Group Limited (stock code: 8176) and China Mining Resources Group Limited (stock code: 340) from 2007 to 2012 and 2007 to 2011, respectively. From 2007 to 2012, Mr. Chan also served as an independent non-executive director of ERA Information & Entertainment Limited, currently known as ERA Mining Machinery Limited, a company whose shares were listed on the Stock Exchange and delisted in 2012.
