While at MediaOcean, Mike served as the financial lead for the merger with DDS, forming MediaOcean, LLC. Prior to joining MediaOcean, LLC in 2010, Mike served as accounting manager for Innerworkings, Inc. and finance manager for Starcom Worldwide. Mike holds a BA from Purdue University and is a CPA.

Greg is the COO/CFO of The Mom Project. In this role, Greg focuses on scaling The Mom Project Marketplace, Finance and Legal capabilities. Before co-founding The Mom Project, Greg spent 5 years in Private Equity Operations for L-Catterton, the largest consumer focused private equity fund in the world, where he was COO/CFO of their portfolio company, PatientPoint. Before L-Catterton, Greg was with Alvarez & Marsal focusing on turnarounds and consolidations in Europe; as well as Manager of FP&A for start-up first-class only, Eos Airlines. Having come from a family with four sisters and strong female role models, Greg believes that it is important that men, as well as women, play an active role in creating an inclusive, stronger, and more productive workplace.

Lawrence Casas

Lawrence is a Certified Public Accountant, with over 16 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Prior to joining LaSalle Network, Lawrence owned a practice specializing in part-time controller/CFO services, as well as providing accounting and tax services. Previously, Lawrence was a chief financial officer of a $25 million technology services firm in Chicagoland. Prior to that, Lawrence spent over six years as a controller in the staffing industry. As the Chief Financial Officer of LaSalle Network, Lawrence oversees all aspects of internal accounting and is responsible for financial management and reporting, process and procedures and financial and business analysis. Lawrence graduated with a BA from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Sally DelBeccaro

Sally DelBeccaro, Chief Financial Officer & Senior Partner, oversees the firm’s fiscal health, investment in new practices, and capital planning to drive profitable growth. As a key member of the executive management team, she plays an important role in the formation of strategic alliances, legal and compliance matters, internal control, tax planning, and financial strategy. She joined Witt/Kieffer in 2001 after serving in the professional services and healthcare fields. She is based in the firm’s headquarters in Oak Brook, IL. A certified public accountant, Sally holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining the firm, Sally was in the audit division of Peat Marwick, working in the banking and finance industry, and with major transportation and manufacturing clients. After leaving public accounting, Sally was drawn to the healthcare field and entered hospital administration. She worked extensively with medical staffs, insurance carriers, and physician organizations to develop managed care networks on behalf of both hospitals and medical groups. Sally has a deep passion and appreciation for the primary industries served by Witt/Kieffer; healthcare and education. She served for eight years as the president of her local school board and has been actively involved in fundraising activities and volunteer leadership roles for foundations and service organizations benefitting local children’s hospitals.
