Elite Insurance Partners Announces Executive Team Growth, Appoints Anthony Janicki As Chief Financial Officer

Elite Insurance Partners, a rising insurtech firm specializing in Medicare Supplement plans, announced today the addition of Anthony Janicki as the company’s first Chief Financial Officer, effective March 6, 2023. Janicki’s addition comes alongside Philip Dalimonte’s promotion to Chief Operations Officer from his previous position of Vice President of Operations. Co-founder and former COO David Haass will now serve as Chief Technology Officer.

Janicki joins Elite Insurance Partners from Mars Veterinary Health, where he was Director of Strategic Finance. In that role, he implemented a new KPI-driven forecast model utilized across multiple brands, built a three-year financial roadmap to deliver overhead savings, and evaluated a sustainability plan for greenhouse gas reduction. Additionally, he was the finance sponsor for the global implementation of practice management for 3,200 hospitals worldwide under the Mars umbrella.

Bringing over 12 years of finance experience at large organizations, Janicki also served as the first Financial Planning & Analysis team member at BluePearl Pet Hospital before Mars’s acquisition of the specialty and emergency vet brand. Starting in 2016 as Senior F&P Analyst, Janicki was subsequently promoted to Manager and then Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at BluePearl. He holds an MBA from the Boler College of Business at John Carroll University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, also from JCU.

“Our personnel and revenue growth over the past year have made it imperative to find the right CFO for our executive team,” says Jagger Esch, President and CEO of Elite Insurance Partners. “We are thrilled to have the privilege of welcoming Anthony as that person. With his expertise in financial planning, having him in the C-suite will allow David and Philip to focus more precisely on growing our tech stack and team.”

Philip Dalimonte officially joined Elite Insurance Partners in 2020, previously serving as President of Red Rock Leadership of Clearwater. Dalimonte became acquainted with Elite Insurance Partners through his work at Red Rock, and his belief in their mission eventually led to him becoming a member of the team.

David Haass cofounded Elite Insurance Partners with Esch in 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida.

Together, EIP’s C-suite will oversee crucial elements of the insurtech firm, ensuring holistic success, as well as helping to grow the company in new directions.
